Smokin Good Time

Well, it 's been a dreary day today so Jason decided to make Smoked Pork Ribs.
Step 1- Apply the rub onto the ribs with the secret ingredients
Step 2-After dry rub, place in the frig overnight
Step 3-Placed them in smoker at 230 degrees for about 5 hours. 

Jason used hickory chips in his new smoker. In the meantime, he baked another two loafs of bread. He uses emeril lagasse's recipe for French bread.
Step 4- Four hours later, Jason marinated the ribs with BBQ sauce. Not long after that, Jason decided to pull the ribs out of the smoker. He also made homemade coleslaw out of the cabbage and carrots from the garden. It all turned out great. Back to work in the morning. tj
